As a 100% all-volunteer youth organization,  our program would not be possible without volunteers. Our Executive Board and Coaches put in hundreds of hours this season to benefit the lives of our Dolphins athletes. Parent/family volunteering is expected of every family and is a great way to connect with and build our Dolphins community. Parents please understand that if you do not complete the required volunteer commitments for the season your child may lose their returning player status for the following season.

The only positions you can watch your child while you volunteer are spotter, chain gang, and announcer.  For this reason, you may choose to volunteer at the game prior (since your athlete has to arrive at the field one hour before game time).
Please be sure to fulfill the volunteer spot you sign up for.  Game officials will not begin our games until some of these required volunteer spots have someone physically there and ready to help.

Game day & special events volunteers are absolutely necessary. Game day volunteer positions include, but are not limited to: chain gang, spotters, booth announcer, booth assistant, photographer, game clock operator, concessions, 50/50 raffle, site monitor, security Mom/Team Dad, merchandise tent/booth, and field clean up and setup.
